Proyecto Ibérico cooperates with many companies in Krakow and Warsaw in receiving foreign students for traineeships.

In most cases receiving a foreign trainee or trainees is treated by receiving companies as a very positive experience and worth repeating.

Some of the benefits for companies receiving foreign students for traineeships are:

  • receiving a foreign student gives the company workers a chance to compare experiences in the international perspective
  • people directly cooperating with the foreign trainee can practise trade discussion in English
  • the companies do not pay for receiving the student and do not bear any costs, the trainees do not get money for their work
